At first, I doubted myself, my first entry was only 8 push-ups, but with Coach Jai’s guidance, encouragement, and tips, I steadily improved week after week. She listened to our questions, taught us proper warm-ups, and even shared her own videos, which motivated me to push myself to the limit. I’ve been consistently training since 2022, became certified by the International Fitness Professionals Association in 2024, and have had the privilege of coaching inspiring clients from different parts of the world.
